The Zermatt Resort has beautiful grounds and excellent dining options, making it a great choice for a family getaway. While we enjoyed the spacious rooms, the noise levels elsewhere in the hotel were quite bothersome. The check-in process was rocky, leading to some anxiety on arrival. Overall, it's worth considering for a relaxed vacation, especially for families with kids.

I had quite a mixed experience at Zermatt. While the location is beautiful and the mini-golf course was a fun addition to our stay, I was disappointed with the state of the overall resort and the dining options. The cleanliness of the common areas left a lot to be desired, and the bakery offerings were surprisingly limited. I really expected better considering the hype around this place.

The room we got was on the smaller side and felt quite cramped, with some upkeep needed. I was also surprised there weren't any basic amenities like a fridge or microwave, which would have been useful.

We had high hopes for a romantic getaway, and while the hotel grounds were beautiful and the dining at the Wildfire Smokehaus was superb, our experience was overshadowed by poor service and a frustrating ordeal regarding my wife's lost ring. The lack of support from the staff in resolving this issue was disappointing. More attention to customer service could significantly elevate the experience.
